Jriven for 30 is an at-home training program that fits seamlessly into your busy life. With minimal equipment and just 30–40 minutes a day, every workout is designed to make the most of your time, leaving you feeling strong, accomplished, and ready to take on the day.
Each cycle you will experience full-body strength, HIIT, core, balance, and mobility work. The program runs in 4-week blocks, giving you structured, progressive training using bodyweight, bands, and dumbbells or kettlebells. Expect creative, effective workouts that keep you engaged and challenged—so by the end of each block, not only will you have mastered these routines and have had the chance to progress, you’ll be excited for what’s next.
